# LINE 官方帳號申請與基礎設置

#### 1. 註冊帳號與登入

* 進入 [LINE 官方帳號網站](https://tw.linebiz.com/account/) 並點選『免費開設帳號』

* 根據使用需求選擇帳號登入(個人商家可直接選上方的綠色按鈕以個人帳號登入；如需要多人管理則建議額外用公司信箱申請一個『商用帳號』登入，之後再將夥伴權限加進來)

#### 2. 填寫申請所需資料

* 填寫帳號名稱，也等於公開顯示的名稱 (建議填寫品牌名稱)
* 設定電子郵件、帳號業種，可以幫助顧客快速瞭解品牌品牌的業務範疇

* 再次確認填寫資訊並送出申請，就申請完成啦！

#### 3. 完善官方帳號基礎設定

待帳號申請完成後，會進到這個頁面，並拿到一組隨機分配的加好友 ID (如@138pyohb)

* 上傳品牌 Logo 及橫幅圖片 ⚠️可縮放預覽確保圖片尺寸合適

#### 4. 美化你的 LINE 官方帳號

* 開啟自動回覆功能，確保顧客即使在非營業時間也能收到回覆
* 因因應品牌需求，分享最新公告、品牌故事或當前優惠資訊
* 按鈕跟底色也可以改成品牌配色！

#### 小提示：什麼是認證官方帳號？ (依需求申請）

LINE 官方帳號分為三種等級，依序是：灰盾(一般帳號)、藍盾(認證帳號)、綠盾(企業帳號)\
簡單來說藍盾以上才可以被好友搜尋到，可信度也更高，但認證前必須要先支付一筆費用購買專屬 ID
