# App交屋操作流程
#### **路徑：**
App交屋系統>交屋點交
#### **操作說明：**
1. 登入系統，選擇建案，進入 **交屋系統>交屋點交** 頁面。
2. **成立訂單**：點擊要進行交屋作業的戶別，開始成立訂單（若系統已經有該戶別的訂單，將會跳過成立訂單流程）
1. 輸入 戶別成交價（若只需紀錄交屋點交流程，可輸入0元，不影響後續流程）
2. 選擇車位（至多三個車位）。
3. 紀錄**繳款明細**：
1. X：未付款
2. V：已付款，付款日預設當天，點擊日期即可修改付款日。
4. 紀錄**代辦費明細**：
1. X：未付款
2. V：已付款，付款日預設當天，點擊日期即可修改付款日
3. 異動操作：
1. 拖曳排序
2. 右滑明細 編輯/刪除 項目與金額
3. 新增代收款明細+
4. 重置：將會重置回預設的代辦費範本。
5. 紀錄**點交明細**：
1. X：待點交
2. V：已點交。
6. **客戶&業務簽名**：確認以上繳款明細及點交項目完成紀錄後簽認。
7. **交屋確認**：點擊畫面底部 **交屋確認** 按鈕。即完成交屋作業。
8. 產出**交屋同意書**：交屋確認後，點擊畫面底部 **產生PDF** 按鈕。
