# 如何新增 單戶 或 整棟 的戶型？

#### **路徑：** 

建案管理 > 戶別設定 > 戶別管理

#### **操作方式：**

1. 前往戶別管理 頁面：選擇建案後，進入 **建案管理 > 戶別設定 > 戶別管理**。

2. 開始新增戶別，點擊 右上方綠色 **新增+** 按鈕。<br>

3. 選擇新增單位  「單戶 / 整棟」：<br>

4. 新增方法詳細：
   1. **單戶**：替建案新增單一戶別，依序輸入 棟別、樓層、戶別、房型、客戶（非必填）。

   2. **整棟**：替建案批次新增戶別，依序輸入 棟別、樓層數、跳過樓層總數、跳過樓層、每層戶數、整體房型，可以接著替戶別變更房型。

5. 確認所有資訊都填寫正確後，點擊彈窗右下角 **新增**，即可完成新增。
