# 「客變重置」功能 - 一鍵回復至標準戶設定

**路徑**：客變系統 > 客變紀錄 > 客變總覽

#### **操作步驟**：

1. 前往 **客變總覽** 頁面：選擇建案後，前往 **客變系統 > 客變紀錄 > 客變總覽** 。

2. 點擊該筆客變單右方紅色 **重置**(![](/files/BXOaVJjelE5y2xrEoFZR)) 按鈕，並於彈窗點擊**確認**。

3. 該筆客變單將會清空，包含已設定之客變項目、選材內容與電子簽名將全部清除，並自動回復至「標準戶」的初始設定狀態。
