# 如何設定客戶端的最新消息及相關行銷資訊(關於我們/熱銷建案/線上購屋)？

**路徑：** 登入系統 > 客戶端管理 > 功能總覽

**操作方式：**

1. 前往 **客戶端管理** 頁面：登入系統後，點擊畫面右方白色的 **客戶端管理** 按鈕。

2. 在 **功能總覽** 分類中，有以下行銷相關功能：
   1. **關於我們**：輸入公司的官網或指定頁面，輸入完成後點擊右方 **綠色儲存** 按鈕，即完成設定。<br>

   2. **最新消息**：發送建案相關消息。
      1. 點擊畫面右側綠色的 **新增+** 按鈕，依序輸入 標題、排序、超連結、圖片上傳、狀態選為已發佈。
      2. 確認輸入的資訊正確無誤後，點擊視窗右下綠色的 **儲存** 按鈕，即完成一則消息的發佈。

   3. **熱銷建案**：建案行銷。
      1. 點擊畫面右側眼睛 **編輯** 按鈕，依序輸入 排序、超連結、圖片上傳、狀態選為已發佈。
      2. 確認輸入的資訊正確無誤後，點擊視窗右下綠色的 **儲存** 按鈕，即可在客戶端的熱銷建案看到此建案。

   4. **線上購屋**：提供超連結至銷售平台。
      1. 輸入超連結
      2. 點擊畫面右側綠色的 儲存 按鈕，即完成設定。
