# 建立客戶資料是必要的嗎？如果先不建立，客戶能報修嗎？

如果只使用「售服系統」，可以不用先匯入客戶資料。客戶可以透過「訪客報修」功能填寫戶別與聯絡資訊，系統會自動為其註冊客戶資料。如果您先匯入客戶資料，客戶可以登入客戶端頁面，報修時即會自動帶入戶別與聯絡資訊。
