# 工務人員如何回報修繕進度（App/PC）？

#### **操作方式1（以 路徑一 - App 為例）：**

1. 前往 **修繕列表** 頁面：登入系統後，進入 **售服系統>修繕列表**。

2. 選擇一筆報修單，點擊修繕進度下方綠色 **+** 按鈕，依序輸入回報人、回報內容、日期、時間與照片/影片。

3. 確認資訊無誤後，點擊新增修繕進度視窗下方 **確定** 按鈕，即完成一筆修繕回報。（點擊**確認**後，將會彈出是否完成修繕的勾選內容，若勾選，表示此筆報修已經完成修繕，報修狀態將改為「已修繕未簽名」 ；若不勾選，狀態將維持「修繕中」。）

#### **操作方式2（以 路徑二 - PC 為例）：**

1. 前往 **工務報修紀錄** 頁面：選擇建案後，進入 **售服系統 > 工務報修紀錄。**

2. 在該報修右側，點擊 **查看或派工** 按鈕。

3. 選擇 **修繕進度** 分頁，點擊 **新增+** 按鈕。

4. 在 **新增進度回報** 視窗，依序輸入回報內容、回報照片/影片、回報人、回報日期時間，並勾選修繕完成確定後，點擊 **送出** 即可完成一筆進度回報。（若勾選修繕完成確定，表示此筆報修已經完成修繕，報修狀態將改為「已修繕未簽名」 ；若不勾選，狀態將維持「修繕中」。）
