# 客戶報修-批次新增報修

<mark style="color:$warning;">客戶在進行報修時，有多處問題想要回報，可以使用</mark> <mark style="color:$warning;"></mark><mark style="color:$warning;">**多筆報修**</mark> <mark style="color:$warning;"></mark><mark style="color:$warning;">功能進行回報。</mark>

#### 路徑：

【登入報修】客戶端頁面 > 登入系統後，點擊 **客服報修** 按鈕

【訪客報修】客戶端頁面 > 點擊 登入頁底部 **訪客報修** 按鈕

#### 操作方法（以 訪客報修 為例）：

1. 點擊 登入頁底部 **訪客報修** 按鈕
2. 輸入 **戶別資訊**、**聯絡人資訊**

3. 前往 **多筆報修** 頁面
4. 點擊 **+新增報修** 按鈕 ，開始新增報修&#x20;

5. **輸入報修詳細**：報修資訊、報修說明、報修照片/影片近照、報修照片/影片遠照，輸入後點擊 **儲存** 按鈕，即完成新增一筆報修。

6. **輸入報修日期**：點擊 **下一步：報修日期** 按鈕，選擇日期、輸入報修補充說明、可聯繫時段。下一步，進行資料確認。

7. **確認報修資訊 ＆ 完成報修**：確認資訊頁面上報修資料是否完善，點擊 **確認送出** 按鈕，客戶即完成報修。
