# 客戶報修-自訂 「可維修時段」

客戶端管理 > 功能開放 > 客服報修-參數設定

#### **操作方法**：

1. 前往 **參數設定** 頁面：登入系統後，點擊 **客戶端管理** 按鈕，進入 功能開放 > 客服報修-參數設定 。

2. 自訂參數 「可維修時段」：
   1. **可選日期**：可自訂可供選擇的日期天數，例如 可以選擇 3 天、5 天的可維修時段。
   2. **可選項目**：可設定為特定時段類別，如「平日」或「假日」，供報修時選擇。

3. 完成設定後，客戶即可按照後台設定選擇可維修時段。
