# 如何設定與開放客戶滿意度問卷調查題目？

登入系統 > 客戶端管理

#### **操作方式：**

1. 前往 **客戶端管理** 頁面：登入系統後，點擊畫面右方白色的 **客戶端管理** 按鈕。

2. 進入 **問卷調查設定** 頁面，針對要編輯的問卷類別，點擊右側 **編輯**（![](/files/QU5rnp7gpg7qq5t6ANTc)）按鈕。

3. **編輯題目**：
   1. 點擊視窗下方綠色 **新增題目＋** 按鈕。
   2. 點擊題目右方綠色 **編輯** 按鈕。
   3. 選取題目類型：評分題（滿分5分）、簡答題。
   4. 輸入題目內容。
   5. 點擊題目右側 **儲存** 按鈕，即可完成題目設定。<br>

4. **開放問卷**：找到該題目，點擊該題目狀態，即可切換問卷為開啟或關閉。
