# 售服人員如何將報修轉為工務處理？(以App操作)

#### **操作方式：**

1. 前往 **報修列表** 頁面：登入系統後，選擇建案，前往 **售服系統 > 報修列表** **。**

2. 轉工務報修：前往該筆報修，點擊畫面下方 **轉工務報修** 按鈕。

3. 於 **工務報修單** 視窗輸入報修資訊：
   1. 工務負責人（工務主管）：選擇工務負責人，工務人員將進行後續維修作業。
   2. 案件分級：緊急、一般、專案。
   3. 售服人員：選擇售服負責人。
   4. 售服回應：發送報修相關通知給客戶。提供 **預存回覆** 功能，可預存多筆回覆內容。

4. 確認填寫資訊正確無誤後，點擊畫面下方 **轉工務報修** 按鈕，即完成轉工務報修作業。
