# 員工如何新增報修？（以App操作）

 【App】 售服系統 > 新增報修

#### **操作方式：**

1. 前往 **新增報修** 頁面：登入系統後，進入 **售服系統>新增報修**。

2. 選擇**報修種類**、選擇**戶別**後，點擊 **下一步** 按鈕。

3. 輸入報修空間、項目與類別。下拉選單若查無確切空間，也可以使用欄位右側的自定義功能新增。完成後點擊畫面下方 **下一步** 按鈕。

4. 輸入聯絡人資訊、可維修日期、可維修時間、報修內容說明與報修照片/影片。完成後點擊畫面下方 **下一步** 按鈕。

5. 確認資料輸入無誤後，點擊畫面下方 **確認新增** 按鈕，即完成一筆報修的新增。可於報修列表查看。
