# 銷售訂單如何使用App簽約/已簽約訂單入系統（App/PC）

若要簽約，以下說明分為兩個情境：

* 使用App進行簽約流程
* 先前已完成簽約訂單，於PC使用系統導入訂單資料

### 情境一：下訂後簽約（App操作）

說明透過App完成下訂並簽約的流程。

1. 前往 **銷售系統**：登入系統後，選擇該建案，在功能清單點擊前往 **銷售系統** 頁面。

2. 新增訂單：
   1. 選擇戶別，接著輸入房屋成交價、客戶
   2. 選擇車位（若有）
   3. 選擇優惠（若有）
   4. 確認訂單詳細，輸入付款方式（現金、現場刷卡或轉帳），視情況輸入訂金備註
   5. 請訂購人簽名，簽認此筆訂單
   6. 點擊 **訂單完成**，可以進行簽約時間的預約備註以及匯出預訂單。&#x20;

3. 拆款表簽核：進到 **拆款表簽核** 頁面，檢視拆款表明細無誤後**送出審核**，接著等待簽核人員完成審核。

4. 訂單簽約：

   1. 進到 **訂單簽約** 頁面，找到已經簽核完成的訂單
   2. (此頁面也提供下載預訂單功能)
   3. 輸入 客戶簽約人 以及 通知人
   4. 確認簽約明細內容正確無誤後，點擊頁面下方 **下一步 選擇付款方式**，將進行客戶簽約
   5. 輸入 簽約金付款方式（現金、現場刷卡或轉帳），視情況輸入簽約金備註
   6. 請簽約人簽名，簽認此筆訂單
   7. 點擊 **立即簽約**，即完成此戶別的簽約流程。

### 情境二：已簽約後入資料（PC/Web端操作）

此情境適用於已經完成線下或書面簽約，需在系統後台建立訂單以完成資料輸入。

1. 前往 **建案管理 > 戶別金額設定** 頁面
2. 找到並點擊該戶別右側 **成立訂單** 按鈕
3. 開始輸入**戶別成交價**、選擇**車位**、選擇**套用拆款明細**
4. 確認各拆款金額與付款狀態是否正確與付款，即完成已簽約訂單的入資料流程。
