# 銷售訂單如何退訂？(PC端)

銷售系統 > 簽核列表

### 操作方法：

#### 第一部分：送出簽核單

1. 前往 簽核列表 頁面：選擇建案，進入 **銷售系統 > 簽核列表**。

2. 點擊畫面右上方綠色 **新增簽核單+** 按鈕。

3. 選擇簽核單的類型「退訂」。
4. 選擇該筆要退訂的訂單編號。
5. 選擇該筆訂單在退訂後的銷售狀態：建設保留中/銷售中。
   1. 建設保留中：該戶別/車位將不會在銷售前台、App供下單。
   2. 銷售中：該戶別/車位可於銷售前台、App進行下單。
6. 點擊視窗右下綠色 送出簽核單 按鈕。

#### 第二部分：完成簽核流程

1. **進行簽核**：依照預先設定好的簽核關卡進行人員簽核。進到簽核列表頁面，點擊**通過**按鈕。

2. **查看退訂紀錄**：完成簽核流程後，即可在 銷售系統>退訂紀錄 頁面，查看該筆退訂詳細。
