# 查看銷售狀態

### **操作路徑**： 

銷售系統 > 銷售設定 > 銷控總覽

### **一、 視覺化銷控矩陣**

進入銷控總覽後，系統會以樓層（橫列）與戶型（直行）呈現方塊陣列。

1. **切換檢視目標**： 透過左上角的頁籤，可以自由切換檢視 「戶別銷控」 或 「車位銷控」 的圖面。
2. **區塊資訊**： 每個方塊代表一個戶別，內含「戶別」、「售價」與「當前狀態」文字。
3. **狀態燈號識別**： 系統以多種顏色直覺標示即時銷售狀態，方便快速掃視全案庫存：
   * **白色**： 銷售中 (空戶)
   * **綠色**： 已售出
   * **藍色**： 已付訂金
   * **灰色**： 建設保留中
   * **黃色**： 退訂中
   * **橘色**： 換戶中
   * **紫色**： 轉讓中
   * **粉色**： 退戶中

### **二、 銷售總覽數據面板**

畫面右側設有固定的「銷售總覽」統計面板，數據會隨著訂單狀態即時連動更新：

1. **金額統計**： 自動加總目前的「已下訂房屋/車位總金額」與「已售出房屋/車位總金額」。
2. **戶數與去化狀態**： 顯示總戶數、已售/未售戶數，並會自動依照「房型」（如：一房一廳、三房兩廳）分類統計剩餘可售戶數。
3. **車位狀態**： 同步顯示總車位數、已售/未售車位數，以及各車種類型的剩餘數量。

### **三、 報表匯出**

若需將當前的銷售狀況與價格提供給主管或進行內部留存，可利用畫面右上角的快速匯出按鈕：

* 點擊 **戶別/車位價格表** 匯出 或 **戶別銷控表** 匯出，即可將圖面上的最新資訊下載為 Excel 表格檔或PDF檔。
