# 如何新增驗屋單項目？（PC操作）

#### **路徑：** 

建案管理 > 建案設定 > 房型/格局管理 > 驗屋單項目管理

#### **操作方式：**

1. 前往 **驗屋單項目管理** 頁面：選擇建案，進入 **建案管理 > 建案設定 > 房型/格局 > 驗屋單項目管理**。

2. 畫面上會顯示所有房型/格局，前往 **驗屋單項目管理** 頁面：點擊該房型/格局的綠色 **驗屋單項目管理** 按鈕。

3. 下載範本：點擊畫面上方灰色 **範本下載** 按鈕，提供玄關、臥室、客廳、浴室、陽台、廚房範例下載。<br>

4. 使用下載的範本修改成需要的驗屋單項目後存檔：
   1. 輸入空間、項目、類別、缺失項目
   2. 輸入該缺失的備註文字。該備註僅出現於驗屋單項目管理頁面
   3. 輸入廠商，綁定修繕廠商（綁定前需至 廠商列表 頁面完成廠商新增）。

5. 上傳檔案：回到系統，點擊畫面上方 **匯入EXCEL** 按鈕，完成檔案上傳，待載入成功後就能看到剛剛上傳的驗屋單項目。<br>
