# 驗屋狀態回溯：以「三驗報告」退回「二驗單」流程說明（App操作）

#### **操作方式：**

1. 登入App系統，前往 驗屋系統 > 自主/客戶驗屋 頁面。

2. 右滑刪除該階段驗屋單，將回溯至前一階段的驗屋報告。

Tips：如下圖示中，最左圖，供查看各階段驗屋報告，點擊中間圖示列表上該筆驗屋單左上角 \[客戶-複驗] 處即可彈出該選擇階段頁。

3. ### <mark style="color:red;">**特別注意！確認刪除當前驗屋單後：**</mark>

   1. ### <mark style="color:red;">**三驗單驗屋報告資料回溯至二驗驗屋報告狀態**</mark>
   2. ### <mark style="color:red;">**三驗單的驗屋資料將全數清除，包含三驗的修繕單及工檢單。**</mark>

3. 回到二驗單編輯內容：進入驗屋單後，將會看到二驗驗屋報告，點擊畫面左上 **返回編輯** 按鈕，將繼續編輯二驗單內容。

4. 更新驗屋報告：完成二驗資料編輯後，點擊畫面下方 **返回驗屋報告** 按鈕，可以看到新增的缺失列至驗屋報告內，同時該筆缺失亦列入工檢單中。
